mayland Mayland Group of Companies is founded by Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu for almost 2 decades. The Group is primarily engaged in property development and property investment in residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. The Group has spearheaded aggressively and position itself as a leading property developer in Malaysia and one of the largest condominium and service apartment developers in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.

In Malaysia, the Group develops mid-range to high-end housing, particularly condominiums and service apartments. We also focus in landed properties and commercial properties i.e. shop office and shopping mall. To-date, the Group has a total land bank in Malaysia of approximately 500 acres, which included both current developments and land bank of undeveloped land and most of the land strategically located in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.
