Hasmi Bin Hasnan
Hasmi Bin Hasnan has been Managing Director of Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd., since July 25, 2003 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. YBhg. Datuk Bin Hasnan is the Founder of Naim Cendera Sdn. Bhd., (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Naim Cendera Holdings Berhad) and has been its Managing Director since June 1993.
He serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Naim Cendera Sdn. Bhd. YBhg. Datuk Bin Hasnan started his career in 1979 as a Valuer in the Land and Survey Department … of Sarawak. Since 1982, he has been involved in a wide range of businesses, including valuation, project management, property development and management, construction, timber, manufacturing, trading and publishing.
He has been an Non Independent Executive Chairman of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad since February 29, 2008. He has been the Non Independent Non Executive Chairman of Sarawak Plantation Bhd since 30 August 2005. He has been a Director of Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd since July 25, 2003. He has been a Non Independent Director of SARAWAK Plantation Bhd since August 30, 2005.
He serves as Non Independent Director of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad. YBhg. Datuk Bin Hasnan serves as a member of the Malaysia Institution of Surveyors, Senior Certified Valuer with International Real Estate Institute, USA and a member of FIABCI (a Paris-based worldwide network for professionals involved with the property industry).
He was awarded the title of Panglima Gemilang Bintang Kenyalang on 9th September 2000 by the Sarawak State Government. Datuk. YBhg. Datuk. Bin Hasnan is a graduated with a BSc in Estate Management from the University of South Bank, London, UK in 1978.
