AP Land Berhad
Asia Pacific Land Berhad or AP Land as it is popularly known, is one of the largest property groups in Malaysia with significant interests in residential property development, shopping centre, commercial office and hotels.
The AP Land Group owns prime properties comprising the City Square Centre (consisting of the Crown Princess Kuala Lumpur, the Grade-A office building Empire Tower Kuala Lumpur and City Square Shopping Centre) and has developed Mount Pleasure Resort at Batu Ferringhi, Penang and Marina One Apartments at Rushcutters Bay, Sydney.
The Group’s latest project is Bandar Tasik Puteri, an ongoing project which is being developed as an integrated Urban Regional Centre and when completed, will have residential homes and a commercial town centre complete with business institutions, entertainment and recreational amenities to serve the North Klang Valley’s population.
